MEET THE DEVIL HIMSELF... THE MASTER BAKER
My name is Jeremy and I am the creator behind the Devil's Dollar Bakery. I was classically trained at Le Cordon Bleu in London, but my passion comes from a genuine love and delight of food and eating.
When I am creating recipes my approach is if I look at it and think yes, I want to eat that entire plate, then I know I'm on to something good.
I've always been fascinated by baking, ever since, as a young child, I watched my own Mother in the kitchen. Seeing her take seemingly random ingredients, mix them together and then a short time later witness something delicious emerge from the oven, I was spellbound.
As I got older I also developed an interest in flavour. Discovering what flavours work well together, how to enhance certain flavours and experimenting with combining flavours to create something that makes your taste buds sing.
So I aim to bring my personal love and passions together with the knowledge my training and experience has given me to create some unique and beautiful food.
